This Complete Heat Shrink Packaging System is a powerful and efficient solution designed for professional packaging operations. The combo includes a Manual L-Bar Sealer & Cutter, a Heat Shrink Tunnel, and a Hydraulic Cart, providing a full workflow from sealing to shrinking and product handling.
The Manual L-Sealer allows operators to wrap products in shrink film and create clean, secure seals with precision. It features an adjustable sealing time and a heat-resistant coated blade that ensures consistent and reliable sealing. This unit is ideal for packaging boxes, books, and a wide variety of retail or industrial products. The system operates on 120V power and includes a large roll of shrink film, allowing immediate operation.
After sealing, products move into the Heat Shrink Tunnel, an industrial-grade unit designed for continuous shrinking of PVC, POF, and PP films. The tunnel features a high-efficiency heating system with ten ceramic heating tubes positioned on all sides for even heat distribution, ensuring a tight, professional finish.
The tunnel includes dual temperature controllers for independent adjustment of upper and lower heat zones, allowing precise control for different film types and product sizes. The adjustable conveyor speed (up to 20 FPM) ensures flexibility and optimal shrink results. Its live roller rod conveyor supports products up to 11 lb, making it suitable for a wide range of applications.
The included Hydraulic Cart enhances operational efficiency by simplifying the movement of products between sealing and shrinking stages, reducing manual effort and improving workflow productivity.
