What is for?
Stainless steel floating ball is a precision device which takes stainless steel as the core material and uses buoyancy principle to realize liquid level monitoring, flow control or safety protection. Its structure is usually composed of stainless steel ball (main body), connecting fittings (such as connecting rod, flange, threaded interface) and auxiliary trigger components (such as magnetic control switch and mechanical valve). It can be designed as a hollow floating ball or a floating ball with counterweight according to the requirements of different scenes, which is suitable for various media such as water, oil, acid and alkali solutions.

Attention:
Floating ball is all stainless steel 304 material, clip spring is 316L material.
Low voltage refers to the floating ball switch can be used in 0-110V DC voltage circuit.
High voltage means floating ball switch can be used in AC 0 ~ 220V, DC 0 ~ 200V line.
High temperature is to point to float ball switch can long-term withstand temperature 120 degrees.
High temperature and high pressure is white silica gel high temperature line, low pressure is common black line
Floating ball switch can not directly control solenoid valve or high-power relay, AC contactor and so on.Add a small relay to make the transition.
Floating ball travel 10mm, that is, the control range 10mm, if the control range can be large 2 combinations,1 long and 1 short installation.
